Some School-y Things

I didn't give you a tour of our school area, did I? Over the years, we have had different rooms of the house dedicated to being a homeschool area, but we are back in the dining room where it all started 18 years ago.

This cabinet was in my grandparent's house. It's over 100 years old.

We keep most of our work in that cabinet, but the shelves are not tall enough for books to stand up on, which is unfortunate. We needed a place to put more books and binders. So, we went to the antique stores a few weekends ago in search of a small bookshelf or something.

What we found was an old piano bench. We already had the baskets. Perfect!

That door leads to the laundry room. The black thing is the side of our fridge. Everything has magnets on it.

Our schedule, and some fake antique botanical prints I made on Canva.
Bought these cuties on sale at IKEA last year for a bathroom makeover, but that's not happening right now. Welcome to the schoolroom little guys!

Here's to a great year!!

Happy Homeschooling!
